Year 6 Harvest 2016

Year 6 have been to church to unpack the idea of Harvest and learn about why it is such an important time of year for Christians. They talked about all of God's gifts that help us in our everyday lives such as crops, foods, fuel, stone, wood and metals.

The children wrote their own prayers of thanks which they shared in our worship and then performed one of our iSing Pop favourites 'I lift my hands up' for our church helpers and really raised the roof!

Some of the children's prayers will be shared at our school Harvest Festival on Friday 21st October at 9.15 a.m.
