Family Support

Sometimes family life can prove a little difficult and it often helps to talk to someone about how you might improve the situation.

Our Family Support Worker can meet with you to give you confidential advice and support that will help make positive changes and move forward. We offer a range of advice and guidance around many issues, including:

Difficult relationships at home, parenting, behaviour management, routines and boundaries, child development, bed wetting, sleep problems, school issues and many more.

Drop in sessions will be held on the first Tuesday of the month from 2:30PM – 3:15PM.

If you would like to know more or to book an appointment please contact Julie Gibb on 07507 497620 or speak to the school office.

Early Help Offer

Whittington Church of England Primary School feels that for a child to love learning, they need to be happy at school. There are times in every family when things are not running smoothly and the school is here to support all of our pupils and their families. To this end we have created an Early Help Offer. This is a document that identifies how the school can help directly as well as signposting families to other agencies which can help.

If as a family you feel that a little extra help would be beneficial please make an appointment with the school and we can see what we can offer or advise.

Please click the link above to access the Early Help Offer document.
